Whew

Well I am 24 weeks now.  I realize I haven't posted much lately.  Things have been going along just fine in my pregnancy.  Last weekend Kris and I painted this little man's room.  We did the upper part of the walls in a lighter blue color.  Right now it just looks very blue in there and then with the white furniture it is a bit much, but once Kris gets the wainscoting in and the bedding comes in with the darker browns and we fill it with everything else I am sure it is going to tone down a bit.

Kris also worked on the yard more.  We covered our dead grass with dirt then seeded and put Pete moss down to keep in the moisture and stop the birds from eating all of the seed.  Hopefully nice new lush grass will grow and cover the scrub that had started to take over.

This weekend I have a baby shower to attend for a friend having her third, and her first daughter.  It will be very nice to see everyone in the Portland area who I haven't seen in a little while.  Then I will meet up with Kris at his mom's to visit with his stepbrother and family who are in town.  They have two young children one of whom I haven't met so it will be very fun to see the little one's. 

While Kris and I have been busy and are going here and there, there isn't much to tell about what is happening here either.  my next appointment is next Thursday so I should be able to post about my Glucose and anything new with baby.  He is just kicking and giving me heartburn now.
