Lower Central Incisor

Conrad and I went to California on Thursday to see Kristi, Ed and Ella.  We had a very nice weekend.  Conrad did so great flying.  He did a good job playing nicely on the plane there.  Then we got in my sisters car and with me out of site in the front seat and him in a strange car with a strange girl (his wonderful cousin Ella) next to him he was a bit out of sorts and tired.  I ended up in the back seat between Ella's booster seat and the car seat.  We made it there and he slept okay, although we both took a nice nap the next afternoon.  On the way home he was pretty fussy at first and even made a lovely little scream the whole plane enjoyed, but he was just tired and fell asleep for the whole trip.  We took it easy and just enjoyed close to Kristi's home, we went to the park, a museum, and jumped on the trampoline too.  Conrad really enjoyed the trampoline and seemed to want to even be bounced more and higher.  He just loves all of his bouncy toys.

Conrad's first tooth is finally fully coming in, it has broken skin and is poked up.  It is his lower central incisor.  Bottom front left.  Ella has lost her two front teeth just in time for Conrad to find them.

We are still doing swim lessons, back again tonight.  He is doing really well with that too, seems to love the water and we moved into the big tub for bath time too.  No more duck tub.  We just need some mat or something for the tub bottom since he slips around like crazy and has no fear of the water.

Work is going well, we are in spring term and very busy, a lot of things to do as well as I am doing a recruitment and reading applications and doing interviews is time consuming and tough.  Hopefully we will have my new team member hired soon and I can get to training them so we can smooth out operations and get a reall flow in this office.  It has been up and down since I started with me starting then going out on maternity leave, my team mate quitting when I got back (although I understand) and transitioning one our other staff to payroll, now the recruitment...  It is hard to believe I have been here almost a year already, maybe things will settle down more in this coming year, both at work and at home.

I have new pictures to post but left the camera cord at home.  I will have to get some updates on soon.  We also still have a gift card for pictures to be taken we need to use so I want to get that scheduled soon.  Conrad has changed so much and so quickly, he is such a big boy now.
