Finally an Update and Photos

Okay so sorry I haven't posted I thought I would be able to post more in the hospital but the pad that we have wasn't being the easiest to use and getting pics posted wasn't going that well. We came home Thursday after Conrad had some additional tests for a possible infection and some antibiotics. They finally decided all the test were coming back normal and even with really above average results so they decided there wasn't really anything wrong, he just breaths short fast breaths sometimes. They let us go with the stipulation that we see our pediatrician on Friday, so our first outing with Conrad was to the doctor and Dr. Cleary said we basically have ourselves a healthy baby and just need to give him lots of love.


We are getting sleeping kinda figured out and doing okay with getting through the days, the worst has been that I have been out of sorts, I had some nausea I was battling my belly and just needing to get enough calories in me to sustain my body and everything it is doing right now.


Saturday My aunt and grandmother arrived and have been helping out making us dinner and loving on the baby. It has been nice to have them be able to come and see their nephew and great grand baby. My sister and her family will be here in a couple days and finally my mom and dad will be here Friday for a longer stay. They are all so excited to meet our little man.


Kris has stayed with me in the hospital and home with me Friday to go to the doctor and get settled here. He went to work for a bit Saturday and will be back to normal tomorrow. I will really have to try not to keep him up tonight so he can function, he has been a wonderful love and help taking Conrad to give me a break when I needed it.


Conrad has slept a lot today so we will see if that means a lot of awake time tonight. Hm I am going to need a good nap tomorrow and will probably head to bed early tonight.
