Now that I am 15 weeks and 1 day I am just waiting. I am ready to feel and look more pregnant but I know the time is coming and I should just enjoy this time now while I have it. So now my mind is on trying to get information together, get organized, plan, prep. I am making lists of things I want to do, need to do, think I might do... I have to make a list to be able to remember anymore. Then I feel like I still have a lot of time too. At least I have the drive right now, so it will push me to just wrap up loose ends around our house, much to Kris' dismay. Top of my list - the boat. Anyone looking for a 19 foot Sterling cuddy cab, well loved?
Our Baby's head is now resting on his or her neck not directly on the shoulders like it had been. It is beginning to grow eyebrows and eyelashes and the hair on the head.
The eyes are sealed shut but he's now able to sense light, crazy! The baby practices sucking and swallowing actions which is why I will be able to feel hiccups before too much longer. Over the next month our baby will grow faster than ever so you would think this is the time I would be more tired, but they say the second trimester is when you feel your best.
According to the fruit tracker the baby is the size of an orange, but another way to think of it is the size of a Kit Kat "finger," nearly 4 inches and weighs almost 2 ounces.
Another friend had her baby just a couple of days ago, our March baby is here. None are due in April so we have a break then the twins will arrive. I can't wait to find our what they are and meet them too. I am excited for all the crazy fun ahead.
