3 Weeks and Changing

Conrad has been particularly fussy lately.  He seems to really crave the sucking sensation and only wants to take a pacifier some times but feverishly looks for his thumb which he hasn't been able to get enough hand control to always get successfully.  So he ends up wanting to eat, I think more to sooth him to sleep.  Then he is very tender once asleep, you don't want to move him or make a sudden noise and wake him he will go straight to a scream.  Is this a growing spurt, cluster feeding, colic, an allergy from something I am eating... we just don't know and maybe next week it will all be different again.

He is a growing baby and is in his three month clothes and some of those aren't all that loose either.
