Apparently my baby is somewhere between the size of an olive and a prune now. This week the baby is morphing from a tadpole to a baby. By the end of the week it goes from embryo to fetus. Not only is the face more human-like, but that "tail" or spinal cord will have disappeared. It has fingers and toes and its skeleton is starting to grow. Even tooth buds are starting to form.
I guess I should be experiencing cravings and aversions, but I haven't really noticed anything like that. I have been thinking about things that sound really good to eat, but it is variety of things like today a really delicious cheesy pizza was sounding good but so was beef and broccoli Chinese food. I can't say I have really had any big aversions either. Sometimes things just don't sound that good, but no weird smells that I just can't take or food I can't even imagine eating.
I am still exercising at lunch as much as I can, I am not sure how much it is helping but I am trying to keep moving. I am sure that will be more important the bigger I get. For now I am just grateful I have felt so well I really haven't had to change much in life and I am just trying to get a good variety of the nutrients I need.
